Court No. - 64 HON'BLE VIVEK VARMA, J. 1. Heard counsel for the applicant and Sri Neeraj Kumar Sharma, learned AGA for the State-opposite party. Perused the material available on record. 2. The present bail application has been filed with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in S.T. No.1223 of 2025, Case Crime No. 175 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 85, 3(5), 61(2) B.N.S. and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station- Ramkola, District- Kushinagar, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is mother-in-law of the deceased and has been falsely implicated in the present case. According to the postmortem report of the deceased Smt. Sundari, a single incised wound on the neck was found. In the opinion of the doctor, cause of death is hemorrhage and shock as a result of antemortem injury. Vague and general allegations have been levelled against the applicant. It is next submitted that
