The present bail application has been filed with a prayer to enlarge the applicants on bail in Sessions Case No. 1177 of 2025 arising out of Case Crime No. 63 of 2025, under Sections 109(1), 118(1), 191(3), 191(2), 190, 103(1) B.N.S. (307, 324, 147, 148, 149, 302 I.P.C.), Police Station- Bara, District- Prayagraj during pendency of the trial. 4. Counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants have been falsely implicated in the present case.
