Learned counsel for the applicant submits that though the victim in her statements has made specific allegation against the applicant for committing her rape, but at the trial the victim (P.W.2) in her testimony has not made any allegation of rape against the applicant and she has not supported the prosecution case by stating that she went with the applicant on her own, whatever he did with her the same was done on her consent, the applicant had not taken her forcibly and also he had not committed wrong with her forcibly, which statement has been filed as Annexure-6 to the affidavit filed in
