Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material brought on record. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is named in the F.I.R. The victim in the F.I.R. alleges that she is a widow lady aged about 31 years, she was living with the applicant as husband and wife for two years but they had not solemnized marriage with each other, she did not want to live with the applicant more, thereafter, in the year 2025 applicant had solemnized marriage anywhere else, now applicant is making viral their intimated videos and now he is threatening her by saying that she have to live with him as she was living with him earlier. Learned counsel further submits that though victim in her statements 180 & 183 BNSS she had reiterated her version of the FIR, but as per prosecution version the victim lived with the applicant fo
