Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.375 of 2025, under Section 103(1) B.N.S., Police Station- Kasya, District- Kushinagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have assaulted the father of the informant and caused stab wound to his neck on 28.5.2025 at about 09:00 p.m., who in an injured state rushed to save his life from mango orchard and fell down near the shop of Badal and he was rushed to PHC, Kasya, whereby he was declared as brought dead by the doctor. 5.
