Heard Sri Sudhir Bharti, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.0001 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 103(1), 238, 3(5) B.N.S., Police Station- Binauli, District- Baghpat, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. The applicant has simply been made an accused on account of suspicion that too because of his relationship with the main accused person Rohit and Krishna. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has further stated that the applicant is the brother-in-law of the deceased person. The actual perpetrator of the crime may be Rohit and Krishna as the dead body of the dec
