When the victim was recovered her statement under Section 183 B.N.S.S. was recorded wherein she had specifically stated that on the date of occurrence she left her house on her own wishes and reached Bihar where she stayed at the house of applicant, thereafter after one month applicant came from Hyderabad, she knew the applicant and loves him, sexual relation exists between them and they are going to solemnize marriage with each and she wants to go with the applic
