The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.115 of 2025, under Section 103(1) B.N.S., Police Station Trans Yamuna, District Agra with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have committed murder of his wife by strangulating her on 17.03.2025 over illicit relationship. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated the applicant has nothing to do with the said offence and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
