As per prosecution story, the FIR was instituted by the informant stating that his brother had gone from the house on 20.07.2025 at about 6:00 p.m. and his dead body was recovered the next day, as such, the FIR was instituted on 21.07.2025 at 11:25 a.m. against unknown persons. 5.
