Heard Sri Gaurav Srivastav, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Arun Kumar Mishra, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.276 of 2025, under Section 103(1) B.N.S., Police Station Fatehpur Sikri, District Agra, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about three days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The inquest proceedings of the deceased person was complete on 20.08.2025 at 04:09 p.m. itself and the informant is panch witness no.1 in it.
