Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about three days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The inquest proceedings of the deceased person was complete on 20.08.2025 at 04:09 p.m. itself and the informant is panch witness no.1 in it. He has not whispered a single word against the applicant in it. Even the applicant is not named in the FIR either. His name has come up subsequently in the supplementary s
