The present bail application has been filed by the applicant Prabhanshu @ Sonu with a prayer to enlarge him on bail in Case Crime No. 271 of 2025, under Sections 191 (2), 191 (3), 190 and 109 BNS and 3/25/27 Arms Act, Police Station-Aliganj, District-Bareilly, during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in the present case and is languishing in jail since 14.09.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that a First Information Report has been lodged against 16 named persons including the applicant with the allegation that on the date of incident all the accused persons beaten Suresh Pal Singh, Veeresh Pal Singh and Anoop Singh. It has been fu
