Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is named in the FIR, but he has been assigned the role of having carried a sharp edged weapon. The said allegations are per se false. The post-mortem report does not indicate any sharp edged wound to the deceased person, rather two persons from the side of the applicant sustained injuries and there is no explanation of the said injuries. 5.
