The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.443 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 61(2) B.N.S., Police Station Kotwali Hata, District Kushinagar with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the FIR is delayed by two days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The information was given by the Chaukidar of the village to the police station, while the FIR was instituted by the brother subsequently as an afterthought.
