Nadeem with a prayer to enlarge him on bail in Case Crime No. 187 of 2025, under Sections 109 (1) BNS and 4/25 Arms Act, Police Station- Sasni Gate, District-Aligarh, during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the accused applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in the present case and is languishing in jail since 23.04.2025.
