Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the incident is alleged to have taken place on 23.04.2025, whereas the F.I.R., has been lodged on 24.04.2025 without there being any plausible explanation of such delay. Learned counsel further submits that according to the F.I.R., allegation that on 23.04.2025 at about 11:30 P.M., when the victim had gone to ease, the applicant came and tried to caught her and tried to did wrong with her but when the victim raised alarm, the informant as well other family members rushed to the place of occurrence, on seeing them, the applicant ran away.
