The present bail application has been filed by the applicant - Nand Kishor with the prayer to enlarge him on bail in Case Crime No. 103 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 238(A), 3(5) of B.N.S., Police Station Kurkaji, District Muzaffarnagar. 3. As per the prosecution story, Dhanvant, brother of the informant, was engaged in the work of loan recovery in SBI Branch Mokharhedi, Muzaffarnagar. On 23.5.2025 he at 8.00 a.m. he left home to go to the bank and when he did not return home late evening, informant called him on his mobile phone, which was switched off and when he was not traceable, a missing report was given at P.S.
