Learned counsel has contended that the incident is alleged to have taken place on 22.06.2023 whereas the F.I.R., has been lodged on 22.06.2025 without there being any plausible explanation of such an inordinate delay of two years. Learned counsel further submitted that the allegations against the applicant is that he had committed rape upon the victim and had clicked her photographs and prepared video when as a matter of fact neither rape has been committed nor any photographs or video is available on the face of record to demonstrate that offence under I.T.
