The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of applicant, Kayyum alias Bhura with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 195 of 2025, under Section 8/29 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- Chilkana , District- Saharanpur. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that as per prosecution case, there is allegation of selling 112 grams of Smack to the co-accused Sawaan @ Shobhan @ Shahban is levelled against the applicant. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that co-accused Sawaan @ Shobhan @ Shahban has already been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 25.9.2025 in Crl. Misc. Bail Application No. 333
