The prosecution case, as unfolded in the F.I.R., is that the named accused persons Chaman s/o Om Prakash and Nitin s/o Rakesh were in friendly relations with Smt. Pinki, the sister-in-law (bhabhi) of Mahendra, the informant and they used to visit the house of the deceased and owning to that illegal relations, they all alongwith Smt. Pinki were planning to commit murder of Kishanveer, the husband of Smt. Pinki. On 30.7.2025 at about 2:00 P.M., Chaman and Avnesh came to the house of his brother and the deceased was taken by them to Syodara where co-accused Nitin and Ravikant were already present and then they took the deceased alongwith his wife Pinki towards Bilari by motorcycle.
