Court No. - 65 HON'BLE DR. GAUTAM CHOWDHARY, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the marriage of the victim was settled with the applicant as such the victim had gone to meet the applicant on account of which, victim's brother has lodged the F.I.R. of the instant case. Learned counsel further argued that now the matter has been compromised between the parties and in this regard, affidavits of informant, prosecutrix and father of the applicant, have been filed filed before the Additional District and Sessions Judge/FTC, II Aligarh, copy of which is annexed as Annexure-7 to the affidavit accompanying the bail application. It is thus contended that no offence is made out against the applicant.
