The present bail application has been filed by the applicant - Anas with the prayer to enlarge him on bail in Case Crime No. 216 of 2025, under Sections 190, 191(2), 191(3), 103(1) B.N.S., Police Station Nauchandi, District Meerut. 3. Deceased Junaid son of the informant Mohd. Ishaq was shot dead by the named accused persons, five in number, due to old animosity at Yug Hospital Garh Road, Hapur on16.6.2025 at 11.20 p.m. before the informant himself. F.I.R. was lodged and during investigation co-accused Shoeb was arrested by the police in a police encounter case and in his statement recorded under Section 180 of BNSS, name of three accused persons came into light including the present applicant. 4.
