Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.608 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 333, 351(3), 352 B.N.S., Police Station-Prem Nagar, District-Jhansi, during the pendency of trial. 4. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused Arun Ahirwar has already been enlarged on bail vide order dated 14.10.2025 passed in Crl. Misc. Bail Application No.34087 of 2025. It is further submitted that no role has been assigned to the applicant and the role of assault by knife has been assigned to co-accused Hariom.
