The present bail application has been filed by the applicant Ketan Kasana with a prayer to enlarge him on bail in Case Crime No.529 of 2025, under Sections 109 (1), 351 (2) & 3 (5) BNS and 3/25/27 of Arms Act, Police Station-Lohiyanagar, District-Meerut, during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the first information report was lodged by the informant on 06.09.2025 against three named accused persons including the applicant and one unknown person with the allegation that due to some dispute the applicant and other accused persons has given fire arm shot.
