Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the applicant was not named in the F.I.R. and his name surfaced in the confessional statement of the co-accused Rohit @ Rikky. He further submits that the role of firing has been assigned to the co-accused Rohit @ Rikky and Rakesh, whereas the applicant has been assigned the role of sitting in a car. He further submits that the co-accused Rohit @ Rikky has already been enlarged on bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 28.03.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application
