This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Arif , seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 247 of 2025, under Sections191 (1), 191 (3), 333, 352, 351 (2), 115 (2), 76, 117 (4), 78, 109 (1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Section 11/12 of POCSO Act, Police Station Jahangirabad , District Bulandshahr, during the pendency of the trial before the Court below. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 11.9.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that general allegations have been levelled against all the accused persons
