Heard Shri Kamlendra Kumar Maurya, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Manoj Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A. and perused the record of the case. The present bail application under 483 B.N.S.S. has been filed on behalf of applicant Akeel with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 102 of 2003, under Section 2/3 of Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, registered at Police Station Sikandra, District Agra, during pendency of the trial. At the very outset learned counsel for the applicant submits that earlier applicant was on bail in this very case crime number. But due to non appearance before the Court below, non bailable warrant against the applicant was issued and in pursuance of the same the applicant was arrested and sent to jail on 17.05.2025 and since then he is in judicial custody.
