Heard Sri Abhijit Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant, Ms. Ifrah Islam, learned State Law Officer for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.415 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 61(2) B.N.S., Police Station- Bhogaon, District- Mainpuri, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. The applicant has been implicated in the FIR on the basis of suspicion only and hearsay evidence. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has further stated that subsequently the confessional statement of applicant was recorded by the police, which has no evidentiary value in the eyes of law. It
