The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 179 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 103(1), 352, 351(2), 61(2)A BNS, 2023, Police Station Kotwali Konch, District Jalaun, Orai, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that applicant is ex-MLA and his father i.e. co accused Ram Prasad was also ex-MLA and he alongwith his son i.e. co accused Aman Singh@Mikki and two others have been made accused
