The present bail application under Section 483 BNSS has been filed with a prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 255 of 2024 (S.T.No. 504/2024), under Section 302 IPC, Police Station Khoda, District Ghaziabad during the pendency of trial. 3. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant was not named in the first information report. The applicant has been implicated on the basis of a CCTV footage. As per the CCTV footage the face of the person seen, is not clear. Only on the basis of clothes, applicant has been identified by Saurabh and Ravi. It is contended that the alleged CCTV footage cannot be linked with the offence. No test identification parade was got conducted by the police authorities.
