This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Satyavrat Singh Alias Dablu , seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 310 of 2025 , under Sections 109 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 5/25/27 of Arms Act, Police Station Jait, District Mathura, during the pendency of the trial before the Court below.
