The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of applicant, Anil Baliyan, with a prayer to release him on bail in Sessions Trial No.772/2025, arising out of Case Crime No.693 of 2024, under Sections 109(1), 3(5), 318(4), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 238(B), 61(2)(a) BNS and Sections 3, 5, 25, 27, 25(8), 7, 25(1)(1A) of the Arms Act, Police Station Kankarkheda, District Meerut . Sessions Trial No.772/2025, arising out of Case Crime No.693 of 2024, under Sections 109(1), 3(5), 318(4), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 238(B), 61(2)(a) BNS and Sections 3, 5, 25, 27, 25(8), 7, 25(1)(1A) of the Arms Act, Police Station Kankarkheda, District Meerut, during the pendency of the trial
