The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of applicant, Rukhsana, with a prayer to release her on bail in Case Crime No.251 of 2025, under Section 8/15 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station Nakhasa, District Sambhal, during the pendency of the trial before the Court below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that 9 kg. and 100 gms. of contraband (Doda Post) is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the applicant.
