The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of applicant, Manmohit Kumar @ Sonu Jatav, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.652 of 2025, under Sections 318(4), 338, 336 (3) B.N.S. and Section 66D I.T. Act, Police Station Kannauj, District Kannauj, during the pendency of the trial before the Court below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent.
