It has been argued by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that the victim is married lady aged about 24 years and perusal of the statement of the victim recorded under Section 183 of B.N.S.S., goes to show that the victim had gone with the applicant out of her own free will and had established physical relationship. It is thus contended that the applicant is entitled for bail. Several other submissions in order to demonstrate the falsity of the allegations made against the applicant have also been placed before the Court.
