It has been argued by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that between the applicant and the informant side there is a dispute with regard to the vacation of the house and in this regard, both the parties were challaned on 06.06.2025 under Section 170/126/135 B.N.S.S. thereafter, the first informant has lodged the F.I.R., on 06.06.2025 showing the incident of 01.06.2025 with the allegation of commission of rape against the applicant.
