The applicant-Shivshanker has filed the instant bail application with a prayer to enlarge him on bail in Crime No.128 of 2025, under Sections 333, 115(2), 64(1) of BNS, Police Station Bah, District Agra during the pendency of the trial. 3. The prosecution story in brief is that on 20.06.2025, the victim was alone in a house, in the meantime, one person forcibly entered into the house, who started molesting her, thereafter committed rape upon her on alarm, the localities came and saved her, later on, she came to know that the accused is Shivshanker. 4.
