The present bail application has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 136 of 2020, under Sections 8/20 of the NDPS Act, Police Station Badaut, District Baghpat. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case crime number. Learned counsel for the applicant further submits that in the aforesaid the applicant was granted bail by the High Court vide order 28.02.2020 and thereafter the applicant went to Delhi in search of job as such he could not appear before the trial court.
