The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 179 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 103(1), 352, 351(2), 61(2)A BNS, 2023, Police Station Kotwali Konch, District Jalaun, Orai, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that applicant is ex-MLA and in the present matter he alongwith his son i.e. co accused Ajai Singh@Pankaj and grandson i.e. co accused Aman Singh@Mikki and two others have been made accused in the present matter. 4. He further submitted that from the FIR of the present ca
