Court No. - 65 HON'BLE DR. GAUTAM CHOWDHARY, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record. 2. It has been argued by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that the victim lodged the F.I.R. on 17.03.2025 without mentioning the date of incident. Learned counsel further argued that the allegations against the applicant is that her marriage was settled for 08.04.2025 but the accused applicant is sending photograph clicked with her to her in-laws and is trying to break the marriage. Learned counsel further argued that similar version has been stated by the victim in her statement recorded under Section 180 of BNSS, whereas in her statement recorded under Section 180 of BNSS, she has levelled allegation of rape against him.
