Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material brought on record. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Initially a missing report was moved regarding missing of the victim, thereafter, an application was moved on the behalf of informant, nominating the applicant and two other accused by making allegation of abduction of her minor daughter. Learned counsel further submits that having same set of allegations, one nominated accused-Sanju, has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 27.10.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 36715 of 2025 and as the case of applicant is not on the worse footing than that of the aforesaid co-accused-Sanju, therefore, applicant may also be enlarged on bail.
