Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the F.I.R. was lodged with the allegation that the applicant who was living in his house had enticed away his daughter aged about 21 years about one year ago, till then he was searching for her daughter, after much effort it came into light to him that he was keeping his daughter either in Bareilly or Delhi, on 31.07.2022 when the applicant brought his daughter to his village, his daughter told the informant that the applicant kept her locked in a room, he used to make assault upon and also used to commit her rape. In her statements recorded under Section 161 & 164 Cr.P.C. though the victim has made allegation against the applicant that he enticed her away and kept her at Delhi for one year
