Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant and perused the material brought on record. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is named in the F.I.R. along with three other accused with the allegation that all the accused had enticed away the minor daughter of the informant who is about 17 years of age. The F.I.R. dated 21.05.2025 was lodged by the informant on the same day of the alleged incident. The victim was recovered on 02.06.2025, whereafter, she was medically examined on 04.06.2025, wherein her hymen was found torn, well healed, no external or internal injury was found on her person including her private parts, thus, no evidence of her sexual assault was found by the concerned doctor.
