This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 338 of 2025, under Sections 191 (2), 191 (3), 109, 115 (2), 117 (2), 352 and 351 (3) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 7 of the Criminal Law (Amendment) Act, Police Station Pilkhuwa, District Hapur. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 19.08.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that similarly circumstanced co-accused Monty, Kuldeep, Saurabh, Shivam and Aakash Alias Nevla, have already been enlarged on bail by this
