The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.274 of 2020, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 336, 302, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Dhampur, District Bijnor, during pendency of the trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that this is the second bail application filed on behalf of the applicant and his first bail application has been dismissed after considering the merits of the case vide order dated 23.10.2024 but after rejection of the first bail application of the applicant other co-accused have been released on bail including co- accused Ramu Alias Sunil Kumar and case of applicant is exactly at par with co-accused R
