This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Sumit Singh, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 99 of 2025, under Sections 351 (3), 352, 131, 109 (1), 326 (F) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 3/25/27 of Arms Act, Police Station Khudaganj, District Shahjahanpur, during the pendency of the trial before the Court below. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 23.4.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that FIR has been lodged with the delay of 02 days and no plausible explanation has been given for
