This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of the accused-applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 150 of 2017, under Sections 420, 406, 120-B of I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of Banking Act, Police Station Prem Nagar, District Bareilly. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 10.06.2025. He submits that the applicant is not named in the FIR and he is only an employee of the alleged company.
