This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of the accused-applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 150 of 2017, under Sections 420, 406, 120-B of I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of Banking Act, Police Station Prem Nagar, District Bareilly. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 10.06.2025.
