Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record. 3. The allegations against the applicant are that the applicant and the victim were studying together and on one day, the applicant took her to a restaurant and in a meal, he administered some intoxicated substance, due to which she suffered giddiness and that the applicant took her to lonely place, where he prepared her vulgar video and on the threatening to viral the video, the applicant had committed rape several times upon her and is making pressure upon her to marry. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the incident is alleged to have taken place between 12.08.2025 to 14.08.2025 whereas the F.I.R., has been lodged on 16.08.2025 without there being any plausible explanation
