Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Rajesh Kumar Singh, learned AGA for the State-Respondent and perused the record. This bail application has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 351 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 190, 352, 115(2), 351(3), 333, 109(1), 125 of the B.N.S. and Section 4/25 of Arms Act, Police Station Jani, District Meerut. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case crime number. Learned counsel for the applicant further submits that the applicant has been assigned the role of causing injury by knife but as per opinion of the Doctor, no injury has been caused by knife.
