This bail application has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 179 of 2025, under Sections 3/5A/5B/8 of the U.P. Cow Slaughter (Prevention) Act, and Section 11 of Cruelty of Animals (Prevention) Act, Police Station Chakiya, District Chandauli. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case crime number. He submits that the F.I.R. has been lodged against the applicant and two other co-accused. He submits that the applicant is the Driver of the vehicle in question. The allegation of transporting of two live progeny is false. He submits t hat There is no recovery of cow progeny or cow meat or any other incri
