The present bail application has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 419 of 2014, under Sections 18/20 of the NDPS Act, Police Station Uttar, District Firozabad. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case crime number. The applicant is languishing in jail since 18.08.2025. In the aforesaid case the applicant was granted bail by the Court below on 28.07.2014 and after being released on bail the applicant went to Kolkata for earning of his livelihood. Thereafter on several dates he was not able to attend the Court below. The Court below has issued Non Bailable Warrant against the applicant when he was not appeared on several dates. There
